change topic title

i can't change my topic title my self
am i doing some wrong?

I've had reports that the topic title changes when viewing the thread but the external title remains the same. Something that bugs me slightly.

Perhaps Frankie or Dylan can have a look as I can't find the button to flip/dial to turn/knob to fiddle with (Giggity)

already looked into it further?

Can't seem to find anything that affects it, might be a bug in the software or something. I'll ask Dylan when I get a chance mate.
