i recently also used auto glym engine cleaner it was 6 quid and it was the best stuff ive ever used

spray it on wipe it off

it really is that simple and it actually works !

nice one lads, ill have to try it out as son as the beast comes ack, being sent off today to get the head skimmed and all the cylinder gaskets and head gasket replaces, new plugs, and leads and then ill give her a nice polish, should have her runnin nice and smooth again.
