or

mines ecu wont like the fpr. if you use the std ecu and the safc turns off or has an issue your car will blow up . bettter to start with the mines at a rich afr and tune the fuelling down with the safc

you could have left the FPR on mate, so long as it's set at standard pressure.

once you uprate the fuel pump there is more fuel delivered to the rail, the standard FPR can only handle so much then the excess fuel starts to head down the injectors leading to a rich mixture, with an aftermarket FPR the return valve is larger allowing more fuel to return to the tank leading to a more steady fuel rail pressure.

Im using Standard ECU, FPR and SAFC + Uprated Fuel Pump, Do you think this set-up is ok?

your better off using stock ecu, fpr and safc.

run the fpr rich, then trim it down with the safc, as ted said if the safc fails for any reason you wont blow up your car as the fpr is set rich.

you will need an fcd of some description with this setup.

sorry but ur both wrong in a way if the safc fails ur ecu (mines or stock) wont see any map reading so ur be in the shit no matter what if ur wiring is good tho i cant see u having any probs with the safc. ur car wont just blow up u will know its not geting a map reading cos it will be runing like sweet f**K all lol

x2.

no one mentions setting up a wired in emanage or standalone ecu up rich with the fpr and its the same concept with a safc . both systems shouldn't fail if wired in correctly, so it doesn't make a difference.

the only reason why people use an adjustable fpr with a SAFC is because the SAFC can't add fuel after fuel cut. they add the extra fuel needed and trim it with the SAFC as it can only trim past FC
