ct9/ct12 hybrid

No, the G spec has a ct12 comp housing. I bought 2 of them. I also has a custom inlet trumpet, so maybe you have something in between of the s and the g spec.
These turbo's were custom made by tongs turbo's. The 2 I bought also had some minor differences.

as far as i am concerned kitaro didnt even kno what he was selling..all he knew is that they were hybrids ...not a dam thing else as all u guys are confused what was done.......

hmm interesting, well its got ct12 on it, which means it a bit bigger than a ct9, so that'll do me lol- also mine has the standard inlet trumpet as the efi pipe fitted straight on

well it cost 270 quid for what appeared to be a fully rebuilt nd hybrid turbo nd its still workin, so im not complaining really......

Yeah, they put a stupidly large compressor wheel in the standard housing which totally ruins the design of the standard CT9 unit.

A huge compressor wheel and a tiny exhaust turbine wheel is not a good match.
Reading this in 2022. So you don’t suggest matching the CT12 with the CT9? What else could I do to avoid TD04 switch?
