i dont have a wiring diagram for this?

anyone know how to wire it in?

The chip will have a basic map on it, enough to get the car running so it can be driven. It'll still need setting up for your car, no two cars are the same so require specific maps.

Besides, I didn't think Dastek did a chip for the Starlets?

oh ok, i just assumed that because its off a ep82 with identical mods to mine, and has both a basic map and a map set for 1bar, that i could just well plug and play....?

no u cant as each car runs different.

the dastek needs to be fitted by a profesional dastek approved fitter.

as far as im aware they havnt made there wiring diagrams available to joe public.

@monkfish- they do do chips for the starlet, they may not list them specifically for the starlet, but tuner can make them fit and work no problems, there i little bit better than an emanage blue.

That's handy to know, my local rolling road is a Dastek dealer and they specialise in Revo remaps. I think I'll be paying them a visit some time in the future. :)

here we go lads. finally got this for ya. you'll have to cope with the shitty pics but i'm in a rush. here's the pics.

before you start i'll say this. i'm not saying that the wiring colours in my gt are the same as yours. the pin out locations are correct so if you follow the locations you can locate the wires you will need. have heard from other people that on installation of the dasteks the intaller advances the igntion via the distributer. not sure how true this is as every engine can run different. i wouldn't advise that on installation that you are planning on mapping it months later. this should be installed on the day or night previous of the car being mapped. maybe a field harness maybe a good idea so you can simply plug and play the item. up to you. any problems though let me know and i'm sure you'll be ok. hope this helps.olly
