Quite probably not, my friends Speedvision setup didn't and i'm fitting one of these in August with a UK EP91 (Non Turbo) Radiator which is shorter core, and will post up how I get on!

I've got a speedvision downpipe and the eBay downpipe, they are identical.

Speedvision says theirs are cast and not welded, well look down the inside of the speedvision one, cos I can see alot of weld, and its not a particuarly good weld at that... looks like bird s*** to be honest!

So they've just machined down the outside surface so its smooth, however its as I say, identical!

IF u know how to position the actuator it will fit but most pple who fit the kits are amatures with no experience...position the actuator so its under the compressor housing and u will be fine...u pple like to make excuses when u cant fit a part properly and on top of that you have no clue how to fit the parts.

I got it to fit yesterday with stock glanza radiator. As you said Sam it is where you position the actuator that makes the difference. I will post up some pics of how I positioned it so others can try it too

I purchased one of these kits earlier in the week; didnt see this thread before hand. Hopefully should have the TD04 on in the next few weeks so will try and do a mini review.

I got one aswell, seem pretty well made. I`ll be fitting mine with a uk spec rad on an 82

you'll be loving the td04 buzz guys it's bloody awsome ...but you will need to upgrade yer brakes...as i'm running standard at the moment and it dosen't take much to get brake fade..i.e no fucking brakes...scary like...canna wait to get my wilwoods fitted now, i will feel a lot safer lol!!

Brakes are for wimps :p

I cant wait to get the TD04 on there; my CT9 seals have gone so will be nice to have a bit of reliability back too :D

yeah thats what bumpers are for eh!!!!:rockon::haha:,ye'll see what i'm talking about when ye run a td04 at a bar of boost i thought the same 'i'll be ok wi standard brakes....'i've had a couple of close calls so i have decided to get the brakes done!! cause i'm a wimp lol!!!

Haha, if only you could see the front of one of my other cars.... that statement lives true :haha:

Yea the 4pots are certainly on the list; I was going to get them done before the engine, but the CT9 has shat itself so engines coming first now lol. Are you running 1bar on standard internals? Sorry for the thread hijack :)

yeah i'm running standard internals at a bar with standard injectors,on emanage ultimate..some people reckon ye can run up to 1.2 bar on standard internals..

Thats not a particuarly professional response to a completely valid post that I made...

As I said... quite probably not... after all, there isn't as far as I can tell a decent actuator bracket available to ensure mounting in the correct location. I thought you used to sell one but cannot find it on your website.

The manifold & downpipe fitted like a glove with no modifications needed.

I'll report back here after another few months to give an update on its condition

me too, good bit of kit for the price, would recommend to anyone one a budget setup.

You have to brace the decat so the mani will rip to pieces! Good mani though, got one to. You need a genuine toyota gasket to, the one provided with it dont work that well.

Have you braced any of yours Aidan? I hadnt planned on bracing any of mine :drive:

iv also got this kit... braced my mani and decat just for peace of mind... had it for about 8months and cannot fault it at all
