Dodgy door lock?

This only started happening yesterday, sometimes when I put my key into the drivers side door lock the key wont turn either way, I have to wriggle it about and it will eventually lock/unlock the doors. also the handle on the door has become looser than before, any one any idea what it could be? new lock needed??

Happened to the trackcar on Sunday night - key won't turn at all.

It's just dried out and needs a little maintenance. Get some white grease and blast it into the door barrel. Use the key to work it through the mechanism.

i had the same problem for ages so i just sprayed some WD40 in the lock and its worked fine ever since

this happened to my lock and the wd40 only cured it for a little while, take the lock out and give it a good cleaning, then re-grease it and it shouldn't stick again

Aye, WD40 will not last as long as the white grease before drying up. For a long term fix use the spray grease lads.

never heard of spray grease only oil, what brand of spray grease is it dude??
