I reckon if you had to agree to a refund you wouldn't get the set of wheels you sent him and he would have a good set of wheels plus a refund in money.

seen that and worse happen in the past - partial refunds forced out by paypal because a buyer moans, even after leaving good feedback - its fooked up :(

Yeah paypal is a very bad system. Don't like the idea of a company having so much control over your funds and have the right to close your account or give people back refunds without even investigating it proper.

The paypalsucks website is very scary read but interesting, one of the reasons i'll never own a paypal account.

Anyway back on topic now, hope you get it sorted mate, sounds like a tosser and a chancer. Reckon he's got a set of broken wheels already and bought yours thinking he would complain and you would refund him and he'd send you the broken wheels and he'd have a new set for £0.

most disturbing bit, IMO is that in the user agreement, they state that by using the service you give up all your legal protection through your credit card...

You know how visa protects all purchases, and you can use the Visa legal system in the case of a fraudulent purchase etc - not with paypal... scary stuff.

Shouldn't come to that, they take it off your account as a standard response I think.
