i have the epc up to from 69-95. the only problem is it doesnt have a ep82 or 91. it only goes to ep81 for some reason. can some1 help me out?

Its just a matter of "getting" the jap cd iso's and installing them..

think the ep91 & ep82 is on jap A1 / A2 disks.

Yeah the EP82 was never released outside of Japan so you'll need the two Jap information CD's. Or you could just use the online ToyoDIY ripped EPC to find your info.
