engine consuming lot of oil after been rebuilt

i would listen 350ep mate he has helped me many times and has been correct. not worth causing more damage. also anything removed i always replace. out of piece of mind

Some had reuse metal gaskets with no prob at all. I would never tho..
Rings should be renew them again.
Have you install them dot or letter up side?
I dont see why you want to boost an engine that shows some probs.You may do more damage mate. Its better to investigate fast what causing your oil consuption.;) Then you can boost it safely enough.

yes dot up as mention on the wiseco chart.I want to boost the engine to see if I have another problem once engine down I can fix all problem at the same time.if the rebore is not properly done I will have a compression lost is it correct? what if the block is rough not smooth will I get oil leak? I was thinking to run the engine smoothly change oil to thicker 20w50 run until 2000km to bed the ring well and see what happen.What you suggest?

I think the best thing would be to strip down the engine and look for the problem.Its a hassle but def worth it if you want to pinpoint the exact issue.
Hope you sort out your problem soon.
