Hi buddy,
The one I'd refer to most is this one based on the 5EFE (1.5) and it's quite detailed. Usually best to print it all out and keep it in the garage.

The closest Haynes manual would be for the 1991 (ish) Corolla although it'll be based on the 4EFE (1.3 non turbo). Most of the content is relevant though.
The only 4EFTE specific manual I've used myself is the JDM workshop manual and it's in Japanese. It's like building a flatpack wardrobe with only the Chinese instructions to go on lol.

Didnt some one make one up a few years ago on here with pics of each sensor etc? Pretty sure it was one of our greek members?
