don't break it, could be something and nothing. fuel pump sounds a possibility. they don't go on forever.

dont go wasting money on things you think it might be you need to find out the exact problem before spending money, go through the diagnostic procedures to locate the source of the problem.
carry out a diagnostic test yourself by bridgeing terminals TE1 & E1, see if any codes come up, if not you need to makesure you have a good spark going to each plug & you have fuel & pressure going to the rail
what actually happens, does it start idle ok then cut out when the fan comes in if thats the case then the diagnostic should come up with some code not neccesarily thou
