engine miss-firing

hi just wondering wat would cause a engine to miss and stutter when reved up and tickin over. Its as though its gettin no fuel.its a mr2 turbo conversion and the car is jacked up with the fuel tank goin down the hill basically the bk of the car is lifted lol as best as i can explain Anything it mite be. I thought it was because the fuel cant get to the engine. thanks liam

you check plugs, dizzy cap, rotar arm and leads?

yes they are all new is it because the way its jacked up

i really dont know what you mean.

it shouldnt make any difference with the car jacked up at the back or not.

the only way it would make a difference is if the tank is all but empty

engine miss firing

the car is a good 3-4 feet off the ground as the engine is at the bk and tank in the middle i thought it would make a difference as the fuel pump would be tryin pushin the fuel up. He put £10 in it so its wat 9litres the mr2 has a very long thin tank so maybe the fuel is all at the bk thanks
