exhaust maniofold bracing

does that mean just run a brace (bit of metal rod) welded from the top flange(onto the head) and onto the bottom flange of the manifold (onto the turbo?)

my wepr decat had two rods coming from it with a plate in the middle which bolted onto the original cat mounting point on the block

on the manifold should just be a metal rod between turbo flange and head.

but if it was a half decent one and the cat is braced i shouldnt see a problem, unless you want the piece of mind

you keep Saying metal rod DO NOT USE MILD STEEL AS IT WONT LAST TWO MINS WELDED TO S.S AND IT WILL CONTAMINATE THE STAINLESS CAUSING THAT TO ROT JUST AS QUICK AS MILD STEEL

and this isnt a calculated gess i am a plater and welder and deal with steel 7 days a week
