Fan shutdown

Today my radiator fan, ac condenser fan, blower motor/fan and the lights on the ac/econ button all shut down suddenly. I have found no blown fuses in the boxes in the engine bay or behind the dash panel. I've tried changing the ac fan #2 & #3 relays but still no power. Anyone has any clue what may be the issue?

I'd guess that not too many folks will know much about the aircon system unfortunately Guye, it's generally just ripped out for weight saving. You lucky fellas with the tropical climates on the other hand really need it!

Just thinking could you share a pic of the faulty relay mate? Just for future reference it might help someone out.

Cheers,

Jay

Will do Jay. It was frustrating trying to figure what would kill all of those systems like that.

Although there are individual relays for the cooling fans, this one sends the power to both the radiator and ac condenser fans along with the heater, blower, fan and ac on/off buttons. I did not know that one relay would shut all of those systems down.

we maybe get to use a/c twice a year in Ireland and the U.K. hence why it's generally ripped out :)

I was fortunate enough to have some spare relays that I was able to do some trial and error tests swapping them out until I found the culprit. I am not sure if the glanza fuse box layout is similar to the GT. It was frustrating as hell that much I remember.

Look at the picture above. It's the brown relay in the fuse box. The one I took a picture of the part number of, right next to its position in the fuse box.
