There has obviously been a mix up some where along the line as i have idea who you are or what work you have had carried out! I shall contact you when i receive your details and discuss this further by phone.

There issues havent been resolved yet and dont want to jepridise them from being resolved, thats why they wont ... tho i will say AT THE MOMENT!

No idea what is fact or fiction, but one member comes to mind who has had incredible bad luck with his motor.
To top it off, he had a forged engine build done that went wrong and is back with them getting looked at now I believe?
And his car is up in the classified section.
I'm curious to know who the others are, but if they are in the process of getting builds at the moment, it is extremely unlikely they are going to offer any input into this matter.

Just a few comments looking at the facts in this case. I would suggest you talk to Darren over the phone as he stated as he states that he does not even know who you are or what work you car had done at ToyTuning. If he does not know how could he be openly slaging off them to you or these other members who have had problems with their engines.
These other members have not come foreward and as its their choice to do so or not I dont think its correct to jump in without discussing the issue with the trader in question.
If there is an issue with the work being carried out then its good to bring it to light but with very vauge facts for those of us who dont know who these members are it just seems like another slanging off off a trader for no reason.

And tho ... if he doesnt know me why am i being discussed to his customers? I understand someone maybe mishearing beatz ... but its was said as beatz from Scotland ... only me who comes close to that description.

If there was no facts or evidence or members coming to me with this information then the topic wouldnt exist because i wouldnt be wasting my time. But my car is not being used to promote Starletgtturbo.co.uk for this make belief bad work ive had done.
These members have already discussed the issues with Starletgtturbo.co.uk and no had satisfactory or no results at all. They will post when they are ready to post, fact is ive brought this information to light and ive had PM's from numerous members thanking me for doing so as they didnt want to publically announce it.

You can always ring Burwash and discuss the situation further which I think would be a good idea. If someone has told you this and you've not had any contact with the trader who is suppose to have said it then how can it be verified as being correct?
Thes other members that have been in contact with you should really add to this thread to offer all the facts as your right, it's not fair or correct you give that information.
Weather or not they come foreward and say anything is a different matter, if they dont then it just looks like your slagging them off without real justification.

i understand wanting to speak up about something like this, but you saying your over 100% your correct, and you havent even spoke to dave or darren, sounds like hear say to me, u need to ring them and have ure hassle with them before u start giving them a bad rep when it could just be a mistake

I think this is a good idea.
All information could be private, confidential and not disclosed and the the staff would actually then know that there are concerns from members.

I've had no dealings with darren or dave regarding engines but i have spoke to 1 or 2 who are very happy with there engines.
What i will say is though i have dealt with Beatz car in person when working with the Emanage and i have to say his engine is spot on and is faultless, hats off to Toby for that and i told ian that in person so i can confirm his engine is perfect.

Okay ... where do I start on this one.
It is with great annoyance that I hear about things like this. Regularly I hear about comments from traders regarding other traders and my thinking on the matter is that ALL of our traders are big and bold enough to look after themselves.
I think if the OP had 100% proof of this and sent it to toytuning LTD they would then sort this out via legal action or similar if they deemed it important enough to do so.
This thread does nothing for anyone concerned because I can tell you all now for certain that if there were question marks hanging over any traders or their workmanship TGTT staff would have reports of it immediately like we do with everything else. The sales feedback forum is for giving PERSONAL feedback on sellers. Beatz is giving personal feedback on ToyTuning and in the same thread is raising question marks over the Burwash's work despite having not had an engine built by them himself... sorry that is not what this part of the forum is for.
Now let me set a few people straight on all things TRADER! I am tired at the digs between traders and the way some attempt to capitalise on another traders misfortune. I dont want to get any further PM's from traders or members telling or "suggesting" what we should do with other traders... if I do I will treat this as attempting to impact on competition between traders and this will NOT be tollerated.
A well established and well respected trader said recently that "rubbishing the competition is not a good way to conduct your business"... I know from the business I am in that if I were to do this I would'nt be very successful and I think the little digs some people take at others are quite frankly pathetic.
My suggestion to the OP would be if you have 100% proof of these allegations you could send them to toytuning if they are interested in following up on them or if you personally do not want your car being described as having problems then take it up with the Burwash's and ask them to refrain from discussing your car, if infact they have been.
Ultimately I want this trader V's trader stuff to stop because I do not intend on spending 2009 listening to it.
I would also like to state that we have made a concious decision to make getting a trading position on this site VERY difficult. We get a lot of requests from potential traders and this bitching and infighting between traders makes us think that perhaps the pool of traders has become too shallow and needs more competition. Our traders all bring great products and services to our members but I can safely say that I have had negative reports on ALL traders that have no evidence to back up the claims. These PM's get deleted and the members that send them get noted in the staff section as people to watch for stiring shit.
I can assure members that if there are any question marks over traders we are notified directly and we act on the information... we have prooved this in the past and will continue to proactively engage with traders and members to address any issues that arise.
Now I dont think this thread is valid as mentioned above it is questioning services offered by a trader which the OP has not any first hand experience of.
EVERYONE regardless of membership title please heed my post above because I have had enough of these stories and will not take to kindly to hearing any more of them.
