Few Questions On Engine Rebuild

Hi all,

The following work has been done and bits have been gathered so far:

Block bored, balanced, skimmed, new bearings, crank reground.

Parts:

Ross 74.5mm forged pistons
Pauter rods
Cruise valve springs
Speedvision 1.2mm headgasket
Aluminium crank pulley
Exedy 'Ivan' paddle clutch
New crank bolt
New flywheel bolts
New oil pump

Now off the top of my head I need the below, but can you advise on what I am missing from this list?

Power enterprise cambelt
New tensioner and pulley
Injectors
Spark plugs
Spark plug leads
Aluminium alternater and water pump pulley
New water pump
New dizzy cap and rotor arm
New head bolts
Full engine gasket set
New thermostat
New oil sender switch
New oil seals

I am ordering the bits when I get paid, so any help appriciated.

Now, just a few questions:

Plugs - What grade iridium for 1.3bar on TD04L?

Injectors - What size for 1.3bar on TD04L? And which are compatible with the Apexi Power FC? Something to do with high independance?

I'm sure I will have more questions, but this is all I can remember for now.

Cheers! :D

About 270bhp, going by other results on the forum.

But not really bothered about the final figure, as long as it goes well on the road :D

Might even lose some topend power, as I will be sending off a replacement TD04L turbo to get some work done in order to get it too spool faster.

Thanks Sam.

Any idea on the ideal size?

Also, would the engine be OK to be run in on the following map?

With the number of overheating problems there have been if you got the head and block chemically cleaned to remove any corrossion build up from the waterways if would rule out "old age".

The block being forged is my older block which was not running big power and did not have any overheating problems.

I'll ask if that was part of the work thou.

Well, it must of been in good enough condition to use again. No deep scores in the block etc.

Anyone help with:

1)Injector size for 1.3bar on TD04L
2)Wound running in be OK on this map

330 cc injectors are too small imo and only a slight upgrade over standard.

440cc would be better suited.

Higher fuel pressure shouldnt be needed with a good mapping.

Hi guys,

Are these the correct part numbers for headbolts? 10 in total 5 of each size?

T90910-02101 X 5
T90910-02101 X 5

And washers x 10

T90201-09024 x 10

Also engine gasket kit:

T04111-11105

And another quicky...would the tensioner and pully in this set:

Be fine to use with a power enterprice cambelt?
