can you still get the stick on ones now that you have to take your V5 etc to the place and they have to put their company name and everything on it?

What's gonna happen if I leave my number plate at it's original position and put a FMIC behind it? I understand that it does cover around a half of the intercooler, but what would be the difference in cooling efficiency? At the moment I can feel the cold pipe and it's ice cold even with the number plate on it's original position!
