Fitting replacement engine - help!!!

Hi,

I've spent the last 3 days fitting a replacement engine into my EP82, since the last one has a piston ring gone so I decided to forge and rebuild the engine.

I've finally fitted the new engine (which may or not be out of a glanza) and am trying to figure out where everything plugs in.

Has anybody got a diagram or anything that would help me figure out where the plugs and pipes go? I've figured out a lot of them but there are still quite a few that I can't quite figure out.

Thanks

if youve removed a few things like aircon and the hi/lo solenoid you'll have some left over.
i worried about the same thing mate

I've just taken some pics and labeled what I am unsure about. Please help where you can. Thanks!

1st pic, 2 of the plugs are for the lambda sensor and heating sensor for the exhaust/decat. you may have 1 plug left which is the heating sensor as not all decats have this sensor in it so dont worry, the single balck wire with the slip on connector goes at the front of the engine whcih is the oil pressure sensor plug and the white one attaches to one of the front plugs at the thrmostat housing under the dizzy cap. there should be a sensor whcih already has part fo a wire already attached,

2nd pic, black plug goes to the back of the engine bay at the drivers side into the map sensor i think it is, there is also the white single wire plug that plugs into a white connector on the side of the suspension turret, the other white 2 pin plug is for the hi.low booost solenoid, and i think the grey one goes onto the inlet manifold at the drivers side onto a little what looks like a canister beside the earth wires

3rd pic just remove that plug from there that is the single white coonector i was talking about in pic 2. thats obviously from another harness

4th pic might possibly be an extra sensor for a glanza engine i dont recall this on my engine im sure mine was just the 2 coolant pipes.

5th pic id say swap the thermostat housing from the old engine if there is a missing sensor. its just 3 or 4 bolts holding the whole housing to the head

6th pic the 2 on the right put a piece of tube between those 2 as that looks like a hks actuator and thats all thats needed, and the one on the right is a vacuum line which goes to one of the metal pipes on the top of the timing cover for the hi, low boost soleoid.

hope this helps but im sure thats a glanza engine you have there

Anybody got info on where all the pipes behind the engine go? Cheers
