The gas should not be released to air for environmental reasons, its dangerous also if you are in a confined space and its inhaled. So if by ACCIDENT you loosen the 2 bolts on the top of that cannister in front of the rad and pull that bit off and the gas starts to escape, dont hang about, walk away from it until it stops leaking and has cleared away ;)

Long time since I done this but think thats the pressure switch you need to keep connected.

you also forgot its illegal to release the gas into the atmosphere

ye the only things im unsure about is removing the bumper, undoing the power steering so i can get the belt off, and can i get the a/c rad out without taking the water rad out and the bumper off? Because i wanted to do remove the air con the one day and do the intercooler another day so i didnt want to have to take the bumper of twice if you get me, i cba to do em at the same time ill get to stressed out lol

im pretty sure someone said that they undone the water rad top 2 brackets and pushed it forward abit and pulled the a/c rad out that way

what bolts do i have to undo to loosen the belt on the power steering ive had a look on that link at the start of this thread and im not sure about the 3rd one in the pic the other 2 i can see
