full service?

was just wonder what does a full service actually include?? need to change the oil in my car soon, thats normally how i service it, lol.

depends on differnet garages.

a full service where i work is

spark plugs
oil filter
air filter
pollen filter ( if applicable )
and a fuel filter when the car is at 50,000 if it hasnt had one before
oil obviously

lots of other things but a general check on all liquids and servicable items on the car such as tyres, brakes etc

fuel filter
oil filter
new air filter
new plugs + leads if needed
change oil
check brakes pads
check all fluids - powersteering - brake etc
clean out oil pipe to turbo
abit of injector cleaner? personal preference

cool, thanks for that, looks like i will need to get my fuel filter changed then. prob go to a garage to get it done if its hard to do urself. actually, i looked at the engine today and it says change every 100,000km which i think is the cam belt, so might need to get that done too.

yea if it hasnt been done before and your getting close or past that point i would get that done asap mate,

if the cambelt snaps then your gonna need new valves at the least!

I think the 4efte engine is a Non-Interfireance engine, so the valves cannot touch the piston. don't get me wrong timing belt snapping is deffo a bad thing
