Hi guys, my car just failed its mot on emissions, it had a de-cat on it but I have a cat in my garage. I picked up the cat today and looked inside it, should I be able to see anything in it? As all I can see it the light coming out the other end. Could this mean its gutted? I'm no mastermind with cat's so pictures could be handy if you can actually see the internals

Yes there should be a honeycomb like mass on the inside, be careful not to touch it or breathe the particals from it.

Generally it'll take a lot more than a decat to mess up your emissions enough to produce a fail. Any other mods?

Funnily enough I had my glanza on an emissions tester today. I'm running a full system, decat, hks actuator and a cone filter. The emissions were fine apart from the CO levels which were around the 0.630 mark, the pass limit was 0.3.
