200-240bhp any where in between those figures. but it depends on how it goes rather than bhp IMO.

yes exactly all these ppl want bhp figures, its how it drives on the road and usable power, good torque is what you should be aiming for.

I'm running 1.2bar and 240 bhp and I don't need a fuel pump, I also don't need a new clutch yet either.

If I were to get a paddle clutch I would probably get less miles than with my current set up as I do alot of town driving.

When my current clutch eventually goes I'll probably just get an uprated cover

Wink at that

;)

I agree too.

Its possible to do lots of things for stupid cheap if you want. Doesnt mean its a good idea though. Guess it just depends on how well you would like your car to run.
Could weld an adaptor plate to a stock ported mani and run with no exhaust if u wanted. Would save money. But its not a good idea.

Do it right the first time and dont cheap on things imo.

I had a stainless WEPR kit, it cracked catastrophically, wasted about £400 quid on that.

I then got a mild steel turbo kit with ext w/g supposedly direct fit which it wasn't cost me a small fortune to get it right.

Not one td04 kit offered by any trader on this site hasn't cracked.

Where did I say run with no exhaust?

Just because something is cheap doesn't mean it isn't right, money isn't the solution to your problems.

There is a reason Jamaicans and everyone else in the world are able to make mad power on the cheap that is reliable because they do it right.

And for the record, a PROPERLY ported mani with adaptor plate has been running 1.2bar on a td04 for nearly a year without issue, in the space of him running that I have gone through 2 WEPR kits at a cost of 10x what it cost him to go td04.

So which one would you say has been the right way and been done once?

And even if you did do it the expensive way it still wouldn't cost 3 fucking grand.
