Need some face for my ep82, it still in KM. Will new facia come with MPH so it reads MPH instead of kmph. im aware the car still be restricted to 110mph

i am a bit confused.. I also want these dials but... I have a paseo, when i swap the cluster for a glanza one, which dials do i need then? The paseo one is in Km/u...
