gt25r conversion

is changing the stock charger for a gt25r as easy as getting a new manifold, bolting it on and connecting the oil feed and exhaust?

Yes, but you have to change some flanges and intercooler modify pipes

You will definately need fueling mods with a turbo like that

take it without the mods it will splutter at high revs

That turbo will be able to produce more than the stock one. So be sure you get the appropriate fueling mods.

Get a afpr and someone to wideband it

turbo kit + larger injectors,fuel pump and some sort of mappable ecu. something like greddy e-manage blue will work fine. if you are going to run more than 275-280bhp..then forged internals are recommended. if you can swing it..you will love the upgrade.

Adding more air without sufficient fuel will make it run lean and detonate. Detonation kills engines.

For the money you could stick to the tried and tested options TBH, that doesn't look like something I'd be happy fitting.

for a couple of bucks more (or probably the same price) you can find a used e-manage blue and some larger injectors. tried and tested as Jay already mentioned.

yeah i basically got it for nothing in a kit i bought off a mate. i might guinea pig it and give u guys some feedback if it hasnt already been done, worst thing would b it doesn work well and i do what youve said above
