its daylight hours isnt it?? but just eat all night, and get up early to have brekky before the sun is up lol, still i couldnt do it, wish i could, would deffo help me out in the gym haha

trust me it isnt that easy...I tried that wen i was much younger (didnt grasp the concept of the fast at that age)

that will be like cheating... i think you will lose the whole point of doing it!

today is like our version of Chrismas

we cook and feast with family and friends

to celibrate the end of the fasting month...
