hdi fmic question

im buying an hdi fmic 3 months old for 300 euro with all the piping and elbows included what do you think about the price?

HDI fmic's are huge mate. i think your going to face a big problem to fit it to your accent,

i think your best bet would be a custom fmic by shuberg and pipes by zisco. or i have a small core if you want.

custom would be perfect so you dont need to cut your bumper alot plus mayb e there wouldnt be enough space cos of your rad/fan.. as the HDI is pretty big.

wouldnt buy a hdi anyway as the quality is rubbish, but its not designed for an accent, so can imagine it would be a ballache to fit, id get a core that you know will fit behind the bumper, and then get zisco to make up the pipework!

well the HDI ones dont even fit properly on a starlet lmao!

I bought the copy for the Glanza, decided on that one for the shorter route... but fuck me they are a prick to install

Just my 2p lad, If I were to do it again I would buy the Blitz style autobahn one like my old Glanza had

hyundai are a bit different i know but if remove bumber reforcment there are more space than starlet and no need to hack bumber as stated by zisco just to be sure will work a bracket something similiar to the starlet to leave plenty of room i think intercooler iam be looking for s/s one as aluminium they tend to corrode after some years

you know bud, thats just my opinion.. s/s core?? lol never seen any.. do they even exsist?

my core is still perfect and its over 4 yrs old

i snapped it up hdi core is 4 inches and is in my garage and iam polishing the pipes taking the measurments fits really well without hacking the bumber time to attack and begin fiting it only needs hack a bit the middle bare where holds the horn but rest is going to fit good first hyundai with an hdi kit lol

Hdi is great quality for the price and fits perfect if you take your time and do the job properly. Mine sits perfect
as for the price I only paid around 250quid brand new direct from hdi so €300 2nd hand is a tad over priced IMO

not yet im working 14 hrs a day and then go to gf house till 12am and then return half a sleep driving and go in the bed so dont think have the time maybe next sunday will give it a go if im free finaly we had finished the westin dragonara CASINO NEW REFURBISMENT 7 million was the total cost lol so i will have a bit of free time but not too long as another contract is waiting on the list
