Only looks toss when you try and do it in 3 hours!

I took 8 nights to fit my HDi to my GT and it sits perfectly, it's not an easy task and its something where a few parts do need a lot of thinking about, mainly cutting the bumper.

A lot of the bumper can be left it, just people hack away at it, to try and make it fit in one go.

I made several templates of my Tom's up, before I actually cut the fibreglass, and this is the finished product..

With what you're saying about the filter, your inlet pipe will most certainly be in the way, but you'll probably be able to use the hose you have, and find somewhere else for it!

Good luck, it's a stunning cooler kit!

See i wouldn't like that with my autobahn kit i only had to cut a tiny bit, as in small recesses for the pipe to sit flush

Also, what approx power should I be running once this is fitted?

At the moment it's running stock boost, Toy Tuning CT9 Hybrid, Japspeed mani, Toy Tuning adjustable actuator, filter re-located.

Thanks

No engine management or rrfpr at the moment, but they will come at some point, if we stop spending bloody money on the house lol!

Just completed the order with Dane, so hopefully by the end of next week I'll have the kit.

I won't be rushing to fit it all up that's for sure as I want to get a good fit and get the bumper looking as good as possible.

Anyone have any idea what power it will be producing with the front mount?

thanks
Kev
