Help wanted do i need a uprated fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator ?

Hi guys i have been reading threads and am not sure if i need a uprated fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator ? im running 0.8 bar of boost with just a uprated manifold de cat exhaust and filter! what r the advantages and what fuel pressure should i run ?:drive:

i would consider investing in a new uprated fuel pump more for peice of mind more than anything!

if u run a uprated fuel pump and a fuel pressure regulator does this mean in theory if i buy a hybrid which i will be soon ! i could set the car up to run say 0.8 bar of boost safley with out new managment ? as the fueling would be safe ?

A ct9 hybrid, yes at that boost, as long as its checked on a RR.
Its good to get an uprated fuel pump anyway for peace of mind as its such an easy mod to do.

yeah for the money its worth it ! would u ever run a fuel pressure regulator and a emanage or any mapable ecu together ? as the ecu would do the fueling and the regulator would not have a purpose ?

with the emb and apexi safc you need a fpr but not with the emu as that adds fuel aswell as trims it

ideal well will have to look into what set up will best suit me my aim is 200bhp at the mo so might try and get close to that figure with out managment
