hey folks,just recently fitted ct9 hybrid turbo since then ive noticed my water system over pressureisein, also water is being chucked into expansion tank so replaced turbo back to standerd ct9 also replaced rad,thurmastat and heater matrix and meny more parts been replaced,can anyone help as im pullin my hair out? thanks AJ.

seeing as you have replaced the rad, heater matrix etc etc
then your head gasket needs replacing, and more than likely the block skimming.
the starlets are prone to the blocks warping as they age, the reason for this is the high heat and the thin walls between each cylinder.
chances are it will be ok with a new headgasket, and it could even be the head may be warpaed slightly,
4e engines can only take a maximum warpage of 2 thou before the need skimming.

indeed sounds like headgasket to me
