hi my name is josh and i am 18 currently driving a 1.2 8v corsa and have been driving for almost 10 months and am extreamly boared of the corsa.
i love jap cars and especialy gt turbos i love the fact yu an byt a 20 yr old car and spank brand new top of the line cars by throwing a few quid at them
i have looked apon this forum lots and like the way things run on hear.
i am a non paied member of hampsire jap cars and they have helped alot but because only a few have ep82's i thought i would seek more experianced advice.
my question is if i where to buy a mark one but wanted the quad lights would it jus be a simple swap job with the grillaswell or are the dimensions all wrong
also i like the idia of hid kits so would i need the hid kit for the quad lights or for the original car ?

Welcome mate, there is actually a bit of cutting involved in fitting quad lights, there is a thread on here how to do it I think if ya have a look in the how to section

Welcome along to TGTT...

You would be better off jus buying a quad light, there are a few nice one's on hear for sale and you can get HiD's for a quad...

Have you cheacked insurance on a GT??? as i would expect it to be pretty hard to insure for a 18year old...

yea i have checkd the insurance gor a gt turbo import admiral have give me a qoute for 1780 for one inc exhaust suspension mods alloys nonstanderd filters. lol its awsome all i had to do was add my mum and nan to the policy
mu budget is 2100 so d you think i will be get a quad with mods?
i have seen a gery one on piston heads with 45000km on the clocks for 2100 so thats why i was thinking of a mark one also i like th boot pannel on the mark ones its propper retro love it

welcome along, thats not too bad for insurance, Strange though admiral always gives me mega high quotes, where as Green light, sky and adrian flux seem to give me mega good deals!
