HKS EVC3 installation...help abt vaccum lines

Hello guyz. I just got a HKS EVC 3 for my glanza.....i downloaded the installation instructions, bt couldn't figure out how to do the vacuum lines.

On the stock setup, as far as i can see, there are two nipples on the actuator: One attached to the nipple on the turbo body, and another goes to the factory boost limiter. The second nipple on the factory boost limiter goes to the intake pipe.

The instructions on the HKS EVC 3 are available at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/w.gregory2/hksevc iii.pdf (page 10).

Would greatly appreciate if anyone can see the instructions and guide me regarding the vaccum line connections. Thanks a lot.

THat was of great help mate! Thanks a million! Reps added :)
Bt my actuator is the stock one....there are 2 nipples on my actuator. What to do with the other one?

boost controller

leave it off bud thats for when you use the standard hi/low solinoied bud :) have a look here http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2277 to bypass the boost restriction unless you have an auto as they dony always like the restriction being removed :D

so you mean that i should leave the piping as shown in the link you provided, and connect the hose from the HKS solenoid to the other nipple on the actuator?

home friday so will give it a bash then, gonna be hard for me tho as im sure the pipe has split!

will let you know how i get on

Blocked off the second outlet on the actuator, and now it works! :D
Boost levels now dont exceed the limits set by the controller.

However, it feels a big laggy. Could it be due to the length of the vaccum hose from the actuator to the solenoid? Any idea whether shortening the hoses will be of any help?
