Every sunday before i go out on the nite nuttin major justa general clean
Every 2 month or there roundabouts
Every service or somethimes wen i just have the bonnet up
Dont let it warn up on tick over just drive steady for a bit and Turbo Timer is Automated
Get very pissy wen ppl sit on the car or make a mess lmaoo

hey, pretty new to turbo'd cars.
how come you advise not letting it warm up on tick over?
i pick my glanza up on sunday, will let it warm up while driving.
also has a turbo timer on, will this be preset then or do i have to set a time in?

lol, sounds like you look after your car
It's a dirty diesel, as long as I keep it filled up and oil every 6,000 miles it'll be sweet. Only other thing I've ever had to change is glow plugs, haven't washed it in 6 months.

I dont see the need for me to sit in my car for 10mins for the "water temp" to go up has that gauge is what most ppl wait to get to mid level. where has if u drive it the oil is gettin round the engine quicker and i would say prob warming up quicker

i change the oil/filter every other month!
i change the coolant every 2 months!
i take it to 6500 revs everyday.......simple
i let it warm up till the revs get to 1k
i have my turbo timer set to 40 secs
treat her like that and she'll love you forever:drive:/........maybe?

"How do long do you let it warm up/cool down for?"
You should never let your car warm up at idle. Will do more harm than good.
Gently drive it until the needle reaches the middle of the gauge, then you can MABEY start giving it some if needed.
As for cooling down, stay off boost for the last couple of miles, then you can shut it straight off.

dizzy rotor arm, plugs every 3000 miles? christ.. my dizzys about 30 000 miles old, aslong as the contacts are clean and still touching, wheres the need?

I would rather keep them tip top, as i track and drag the car every other weekend.

Cool down is aslong as it takes to get it in my garage and get the locks on so i usually set my turbo timer to 1 minute 40 secs after a slow couple of miles off the boost.
