depends whats needed mate, better to get a quote for parts from a local Toyota parts shop and begin from there as prices for parts and work varies

As already said, depends on what you are starting with. The engineering work (skimming, honing, polishing, grinding) might raise the overall price and you would be better buying additional parts like a new oil pump, water pump, etc.

Last one I got done stung around the £1000 mark IIRC.
