if the hole off the center bit is missing u'll need to get a fiberglass kit it has like a mesh sheet in it u will need t fix the mesh were its broken then fiberglass it sand it isopon it sand again untill its perfectlly smooth then u need primer and paint... its not the easyist think 2 do if youve never done it before.
all the best in getting it done .

I'd say you'd be best sticking in a piece of plastic in the broken part of the bumper for some strength then building up the fibreglass on top of it to the desired shape.

I've seen the bumper you want and just using fibreglass in the gap would be pretty weak imo.

^^^ hes right, u need to have a bridge between the gap for extra strength then you fibreglass sheet over it to get the finish you want, i bought jamesbaa accident damaged toms kit and used fibreglass sheets to reinforce it and then filled it with filler to get the smooth edges

It depends on how big a gap it is, and if you have done fibreglassing before.

If its big, id have a bodyshop do it, then you wouldnt know its been done. If your dab hand with the fibreglass then do it yourself!
