I know how the cardboard feels! Took me two weeks to figure out a perfect setup for the ti. Will take some new pics when the car is white again and out of the bodyshop!

Good job done there. Looks like it will be far better without the maze of hoses that most seem to supply!

In answer to your other questions, it's recommended that there is a 2.5" gap between the radiator and intercooler to allow for sufficient flow into core of the radiator.

Would also recommend that you use rubber washers where you've mounted the cooler to absorb some vibration, otherwise the stress may be put on the cooler.

Thanks everyone, scince this ive added a rear brace to the cooler too so its held nice and firm. as for the rubber mounts do you mean just before under the nut on the bumper bar, so it kinda cushiond?
I also seem to think its given me some more torque, theres deffinatly something diffrent anyway.
Ive got more pics to upload but i have to do it via the laptop as my pc dosnt like linking to my camera phone.
