agreed - and also typically (correct me if I'm wrong), but I always thought the Pauter etc...rods came with ARP Bolts for them too...and those are just stock ^^^

i dont think uprated cams look any different than normal? its just the actual effects of the cams that are different arent they?

im sure you would notice a lumpier idle if the cams where uprated!

how come you looking for mods lol

I imported my car myself last year and it was supposed to have certain mods, now finally after renovating my house i'm now trying to get it on the road as i have not even registered it yet, its just been in the gargage unloved so i thought i'd check it over while i have some free time.

you would be able to tell if they were billet cams, which by the look of it there not, they could be reground which would be harder to notice but again they look stock to me, the cam lobes look standard from what i can see.

well the 272 camshafts are obviously different to the eye, as...well...the cam lobes are physically MUCH bigger, but that looks stock. It'd be very hard to tell unless they're rather big, big enough to induce a loping idle...

Best way to check though, some garages, or a camshaft company, will be able to measure the specifications of the camshaft...rather than guesswork, that WILL give you the answer
