Extra Info: one seat has universal rail with it an other one has modified rail to fit ps13.

That really answers you're question. Universal means it fits nothing, and unless you have a ps13, the other won't fit.

To fit them, you'd need some rails for an ep82, which fit a sparco seat (probably Recaro rails). Alternatively, you could get someone handy with a welder to cut the frames off you're old seats and weld them to these
