im sorry deano i have no problems with you but have to agree with others your car can not be that fast i also have an auto with alot more done than yours 170BHP at 14.5 PSI.And even mine doesent keep up with WRX's you would be lucky if you beat a type-r.And also the autos are quite abit slower off the line than manuals.

It doesn't help when they have huge as chromes and a big sound system in the boost slowing them down lol seriously everyone thinks wrx's are so quick they aren't as quick as everyone says I have beaten an accord sir-t with an integra type r engine in it before if anyone is ever coming to Auckland for a holiday I will happily take them for a ride in my car to prove it's that fast my car has done low km's revs to 7000 rpm maybe it's chipped or something god only knows I have kept up with an eterna zr4 and it was not standard before my car used to do 0-100 km/h in about 7.7 secs since I put the manifold on it's taken a good second off that time no bs.

I believe the dyno run was before the manifold was fitted.

Expect an extra digit on the end of the HP number.




Only messing with ya. Might be checking out this car next weekend as we have a toyota cruise down here in NZ

6.7 seconds is just about the standard 0-60mph time.

Its not exactly that quick is it? Im glad you love your car, but there is not a hope in hell of it beating Impreza's with much more power.

I personally think that you have been driving slow cars previously and the guys "drag racing" you in their STi's and WRX scoobys are just naturally aspirated models with a turbo bonnet.

Beat a wrx the other day with a totally stuffed manifold gasket and the bolt came off the exhaust and made the exhaust hang down lol it bloody warped my manifold and I had to get it planed coz the idiot mechanic that put the manifold on didn't do the job properly I still wasted them as as they went past they gave me the fingers they aren't that quick have been in a few and they are nothing special even the modified ones at the drags were doing shit times my new caldina will leave them so far behind they will be a spec in my mirror lol

The good thing about the autobox is that there is no boost loss between gear changes it's always on boost which is why auto owners seem to have boost spikes in cold weather
