hi lads im looking for a bit of help i just built a new engine for my starlet and when i wake up in the mornings it looks as if there black sut on the ground any suggestions on what this could be

no lad at the back of the car i think its out of my exhaust

might just be excess burn oil from the engine build. have you had it running etc?

Overfuelling on the cold cycle. Not much to worry about unless it's excessive.

If you have the right management you can trim the fuelling to reduce it.

yes i had it running too rich everything seems to be alright now thanks alot

Good man, I can remember comparing 'carbon footprints' with YBY at one stage. My soot print was around 6ft long in the mornings..:haha:
