fronting a policy is treated the same in law as being uninsured, and a declined claim on the insurance can lead to new drivers being stripped of their license.

Just because you drive on B roads doesn't make any difference, you shouldnt be driving full stop till your old enough an have all the right documents like maybe a DRIVING LICENCE and INSURANCE.
