i got a bill for 50e tax from fedex on my bride seat about 6 months after it had arrived. I just ignored it and they kept sending out threatening letters every week saying this and that but after 2 months, they stopped and everything is good now

You should expect to see a court summons through the post at some point. Plus if you ever get anything else through fedex they will probably with hold it.

Import tax i believe is 4% on vehicle parts + VAT. Roughly 20%

well i don't think fedex are gonna take me to court over 50e.... legal costs would cost way more than that! Also have a friend that did the same and its been well over a year now. Don't plan on using fedex again

well if you owe them the money then youd be found guilty in court and would have to pay all legal costs!

and they would take you to court even though its just 50 euro but it'd be the principal of it

same i bought a hks ssqv d/v and got charged £31 import tax, i thought fcuk that never paid and they aint ever said anythink ha ha ha

well if you owe them the money then youd be found guilty in court and would have to pay all legal costs!
