hey jow, imprezas are very nice, but if ur unlucky & something goes wrong they are quite a headache & could be pretty expensive & take very long here in malta to get sorted.. besides it would never be as mint as ur glanza!!

i say keep the glanza :D

ive a subaru now and trust me they will drink petrol quicker than you can put it into them, they are bad even driving them easy....... but driving a subaru is something you,ll look forward too every day you own it........ what are the glanza like on juice..... subaru is around 18 mpg

Subaru's are nice and everything BUT you see them Everywhere i see at least 2 a day,

I personally prefer Evo's to be honest, you don't see as many, but as there both trailing behind the King that is the Skyline I'd say get something completely different lol

The only problem stopping me buying one of these is the insurance under 25 here in the UK! Since my change in post code there is no way I'm playing that much to insure one.

I was thinking about a Volvo S60R 2003/4, AWD 300BHP! Cheap insurance, but they're rare, especially in nice colors!

Also the 03-05 STI can legally tow 1200KG braked, this is one of my requirements! Pain in the ass!

Buddy i absolutely love my subaru yes its thirsty but not as bad as everyones saying mines does 21.5mpg with varied driving which doesnt bother me because i dont do many miles.

Mosgt people say "bottom ends go" because most of them buy the older cheaper wrx's, uk turbo's ie £2-3k in value that have been thrashed all there life, if you get a good example that has been well cared for it wont give you any grief i've ran mine daily for 5 months now and (touch wood) i havent had a single thing go wrong.
As long as its maintained well, ran on the proper fuel and mapped correctly you'll be fine.

Ps you wont regret it if you go for an sti loads of low down power, no lag and 0-60 stock is 4.6 so cant be bad
