they cant assume nothing, they cant prove i drive it more than him, thats horse shit, no matter what u say, they cant prove it, and truth is, it is his car and he would be driving it more than me, so what the fuck is wrong with that. Fuck all

It's a public forum chap. How about, if you don't like the replies, don't post the threads?

And now for my thoughts... False declarations to the insurer will nullify your insurance. Having no insurance means that whilst you make your own decisions to drive in this manner (i.e., illegally), you need to think what will happen if you involve another driver. Could you live with yourself if you injured them, and they could not get compensation they deserved because of your actions? This type of ignorance is why insurance premiums have gone up to the levels they are, as millions of pounds is lost because of uninsured, or improperly insured drivers. You have a responsibility both morally and legally to insure your car correctly. To not do so to save a few quid is, quite frankly, stupid.
