insurance in ireland

No, its model codes Corey lad iirc

Turbo...on log book is Toyota starlet 1.3 Si
Non turbo....on log book could be Toyota starlet 1.3 Gi, Glx etc etc

Could be wrong!

Yes I know this but the word 'turbo' does'nt appear on the book thats why some people say there non-turbo.

Oh ya, I see your point! I got stopped by a fairly switched on guard coming out of carrigaline about 3/4 weeks ago and he was asking me about the model codes...he seemed to know what they stood for and how to figure if it was ins as turbo or n/a

i don't want to come across all preachy, but as many above have said its only lying to yourself if you dont insure correctly. i'm driving nearly 8 years, nearly 6 years insured under my own name, i've worked my way up to a turbo (1990 escort rs turbo) insured properly with hibernian, i could go cheaper with quinn, but i like the piece of mind of hibernian, there is a reason why they all don't want 17-21 year olds on glanzas/gt turbos, there is nothing wrong with biding you time on a smaller engined car for 2 years, it isn't long passing!!!
