Interesting questions and help on auto to manu swap

Hi bros ,
I have some question re an auto to manual swap.
Car is an Ae 101 corolla, and swapped a 4efte engine in it and changed the gearbox from auto to manual, it still has its auto ECU with the 3 plugs (ECT printed on it) and the Car runs fine and pulls very well.
The engine had had a Manu, O/D and Power mode on its original car that is starlet GT.
My questions are:
Can I re insert the power mode on, on the manual gearbox?
Does connecting the wire from the “power mode” from the ECU to a 12v source makes any difference in power?
Does it change the map setting of the ECU when power mode is on on a manual gear box?
What wire on the ECU to source with a 12v supply to “on” the power mode?
Thank to help bros.

To the best of my knowledge the ECT-S buttons merely control the behaviour of the automatic gearbox with no bearing on the map. I've never seen anything to the contrary and any AFR readings I've seen haven't indicated much to support the notion. The buttons will have zero effect without the gearbox in place.

Yes I can back up what Jay says, the power button changes the shifting RPM of the gearbox has no effect on ECU map at all. Shifts just change later.

Also make sure when you do the swap that you get a clutch switch, and hook this to the NSW pin on the ECU....otherwise remember to jumper this, otherwise the car won't start.
