hopefully tdo6 lad or mybe if i can get it turbonictics mybeboost dont relly know but il start of with pushing for 350bhp for the beginning of the year and then push a little more mybe at the end of the year ,,see hopefully the mapping goes to plan and the engine holds up

The motor will take it no prob, these wee buggers are strong.

Turbotech would be the mutz nutz! I think a TD06 would go real well on a 5E and as strong as a truck so you could antilag the life out of it!

I know people love ballbearing but if you want to stress the turbo the TD series turbos are very strong and reliable.

il be focusing on it after the new year lad and get it all up any running right ,just hope theres work out there somewere for this new year to fund my other projectif i get this other build going next year surely it will run into the 10s for me

If you do what you where talking about you should crack 10's with ease!

You have to think though, on this forum alone there is going to be alot of top class hardware running in 2010, you have to think what the Honda sites are saying right now, bet they have some serious plans too. Hope to get racing against more European cars too for a bit of variety.

yes lad the hondas are pulling out some good stuff should be interesting to see whats going to be up there for 2010 ,even a smart car with a nice bike engine lad :haha::haha::haha:

just a thought. class 2 is up to 1.6turbo, i was looking at 4agze engine just the other day and its 1587cc, thei can be tunned to massive power without fully forging. why did we never use them? and i believe thei easy enough to fit to our starlets, anyone know of one going cheap in ireland?

alot easier than 3sgte, somehow i thought its a straight fit(correct me if i'm wrong) as i seen corola's that share 4e and 4a engines

Class 3 is up to 1600cc Turbo or 3000cc N/A

Class 2 is 1800cc turbo(4WD) and any engine capacity if 2WD (N/A or Turbo)

i dont think so same crap with the 3sgte drive shafts have to be made also welding new mounts not as easy as you may think..the 3sgte will be easy anyhow much more power can be got .think when i do that project happy days monster power fastest toyota in IRELAND in a detomaso

A 3SGTE in an EP is just a waste, yes its a lovely setup and fast as hell but why not keep it in its original frame ie MR2 or to a lesser extent a GT4, then u have a RWD or 4WD which is much better and cheaper to run amazing times with.

anyway, does anyone know how easy is to fit 4a to a starlet
