glanza s not down as an import??

@xxjack did they not ask if de car was an import or did ya not tell em ??

Gt turbo's, Glanza S and Glanza V are all imports!!

If you cant insure a turbo then dont buy one. simple as! Get yourself a Glanza s, build up your ncb and then get a turbo

civics are classed as a boy racers car so insurance will be high for them..well thats what i was told im not to sure...can get a clean, standard enough glanza S for around 1500 euro..
my plan is to get one of them, then when can insure a turbo just put a glanza V engine in it...bobs your uncle!

Also if you insure a car with quinn for a few months then turn around a tell them you are after buying a gt by law they have to insure you.

Is this true?? If so is it the same with all insurance companies?

man dont give up hope:haha: i got insured on my first starlet at 17 as my first car with quinn fair enough it was 2800 but i was well pleased and wen i turned 18 it went down to 1800 and 1200 now but anyway just keep tryin it all depends on the person, day etc

and this thing about not getting one at 17 as you will end up on a ditch is bolox if you think your shit hot and act the spastic you will end up there but drive the car like it should be drivin and you will be fine :)

on your own name or under your parents name?was this recently or before insurance companys realised what glanzas really were?
that a great quote!

It was under my own name i had one years named driving experience, and i was pleasantly surprised with it aswell, i didnt think id be paying a penny under 3k, and yes it was insured correctly as a turbo even though it was down as a starlet GLI or something on my log book. ou might aswell call and see cant do any harm.:)

BAD IDEA...:holdit: if u get pulled over by the gards/police they will screw u if they ask for insurance cert.. also if ur in a crash with another car u "WILL NOT" b covered.. it doesnt matter whats on the log book.. insure the car for what it is.....:teach:

Fail dude, that's well dodgy. NI is more expensive due to the "troubles" etc, unfortunately this premium is still active.
