Yeah Iv had some one say sumet to me about my LSD clunking once. I get paranoid now that people think there is sumet up with the car lol.

Mate i turned her down on the race because i thought i'd have my ass handed to me on a plate! Remember - it is brand new so that does give it an extra 300bhp on the '07 one!
Defo dude she'd suck your little EP in through the air box and blow you out the back box. The new car smell has to be worth 17.231 bhp alone.

Also, you missed out the tacky tailpipes which it will almost definately have in your description of my journey thru her car ;-)

I usually get that all the time at work..people just underestimate the power of the 1300cc turbo engine.Some people with their new Mazda 3 [1600cc] and Mitsubishi Lancer EX[1500cc] brag around how they overtake cars like nothing and how its the driver that counts and given any car they can make wonders on the road.....hahaha
All these comments used to infuriate me to no ends...but i learned to curb the anger over time and now it amuses me.....I think that i did "teach them" a lesson when we met " on a private road" [of course]....since then they leave me alone.....

i am 21 and dropped my little sister off the other day at college (shes 18) and most of her college class are 18-22 not car enthusiasts (art class) lol...and one of her male friends whose apparently mr know it all when it comes to cars asked me what litre it is and i said 1.3 but got a td04 turbo, he said haha i got a 106 gti that wud kane this then cus its a 1.6, i just laughed and said hmmmm dno bout that lol just gta learn to laugh at people who dnt know bout cars blesssss em

lol - bless their cottons! I like hearing other people's stories of when it happens! i'm also 21 and work with people all 35+ so i get a lot of "why's it only got two seats?" (it's stripped - they can't grasp power:weight ratios!)

lol yes mate same as mine, also my car is black with black wheels tints and big jam spoiler so i get all the comments...favourite one goin round at the mo is that its batmans daily drive, bloke who works by me used to laugh his head off at it and chase after me and beat me in his focus ST...then i got the td04 setup at 20psi, different story now

Brilliant - it must be a great feelign to lose a race to someone... then destroy them the next time!!! I'm awaiting my ECU which will get me running at a bar of boost... but i haven't noticeably lost a race in this one yet... (not much to race around my area, or they just somehow evade me!) Mind you, my brother's 'teg was the same speed as mine when i was at .5 bar of boost before my rebuild.. so i'll show him a lesson once it's all in :-D
