OK, but I'm still a bit confused - normally, the insurance company deals with this sort of thing so I'm not quite sure what this company is for.
And why will my insurance pay for an outside company to deal with it?

in any insurance/claim setup, there are always a couple of loop holes that you can find and use in your favor. this (i believe) should be your focus..

The police officer who failed to do anything at the scene and threatened me with false allegations of 'Driving without Due Care and Attention' has asked me to come in today on my lunchbreak and to bring my driving licence with me.....

Just been informed that the farmer had quite a bad fire in his fields a couple of years ago, which lost him a LOT of money, and that apparently he kinda lost the plot after that.....

But if he tries to make any more false allegations, I will refuse to speak to him without a lawyer present, and I am not signing anything that I don't agree with.

He just took a nice long written statement and looked over the damage to my car. He's going to get a full statement from the farmer and then his supervisor will be making the decision on how to proceed (whether to charge either of us with a driving offence).
He did say that my story matches what I told him at the time. I think it will be interesting to see whether the farmer can keep his lies straight!

The police have basically refused to do their jobs, the insurance STILL haven't bothered doing anything. And the stupid thing is, if I do anything then I'll be the one who gets in trouble and all because the police are useless!
Years ago, a supposed "friend" stole my wallet, went to tesco and bought himself some stuff. The police did absolutely nothing yet again. So I went round there and when he hid behind his front door and wouldnt open it, I smashed his window and guess who fucking gets in trouble??? ME!!!!!!!! I am 100% sure I didnt do anything morally wrong but I still get fucked for it!

just read your post mate the police are prats i was away to edinburgh in my old mk2 golf which was blowing a little and got pulled and he kicked the exhuats centre section and it snapped were he kicked it and was going to do me with driving with a unsafe car and had to get a mot check and every thing before i could sell the car and send the new owner on his way.
Recentaly was just having a drive with my brother next to me in another car on the dueler and we got followed buy a traffic cop and pulled over and he tried to say that we were racing because our brakes were slighty hot even tho i was driving all night before i seen him bloody arse wholes that they are
